Cheap Transmitter April 30, 2008 Mr. L. Sandground (UK) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Wasn't expecting greate sound quality from this and I was not shocked when it failed to deliver anything usable in my car. Wanted to use this with an XDA EXEC. Sound was listenable only when my EXEC wasn't charging. As the charging socket is fairly close to the 3.5mm speaker outlet as soon as I plugged the Exec in to charge the sound quality on the transmitter dropped to a crackly hiss and is unusable. Cheaply made. I have used a simarly looking system from Belkin and the quality difference is completely worth what is probably a tenner difference. Would not reccommend.
I didn`t believe it! July 21, 2007 John Smith (Powys U.K) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
At this price I really didn`t have any great expectations of this transmitter. I was surprised that it even worked at all! That it worked so well,( especially as the radio/CD player in my husband`s car is far from cutting edge in the technology stakes), was totally amazing. It is not perfect but I could have paid a lot more money and still not have a better transmitter
Amazing April 13, 2007 Mr B W B (UK) 7 out of 8 found this review helpful
For the price, I wasn't expecting anything great, but when it arrived (promptly) I was stunned at the quality of this. It has a 5m range, which I didn't have on my griffin i-trip, which I had to place in the middle of my radio's ariel. The quality of the transmitted sounds is superb, and it also tells the time, temperature and one can set your three most used frequencies, which has come in rather useful (which I didn't expect that it would, but it has). And it is true, as in it definately does work on absolutely anything with a standard headphone outlet. FANTASTIC PRODUCT!
