Worth it May 12, 2008 Lucy Suttle (Dorset) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I was dubious of this product obviously because it was cheap and all, when it arrived I was also worried because my old rover does not even have a ciggerette lighter, but I put in batteries and they work fine. It really is worth the money and it works perfectly, the only problem is there is noise when a song is not playing but it's hardly a big deal. I would definatley reccomend saving your money and buying this.
Get what you pay for May 8, 2008 B. Wilson (Middlesbrough) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
It was delivered Saturday 3rd May worked well for 3 days now completely locked up.Not worth sending back as the p&p was more than the unit.
Fantastic in the car April 20, 2008 Brian Hooker 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have found this product works particularly well in my car, allowing me to listen to my kind of music without the need to change CD's or radio stations. Much safer for all concerned - Great little product - Great service.
Good for the price April 15, 2008 The Dark One 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Depends on what you want. For me the car is the main place. Sometimes I struggle to get a good reception but that is down to finding a good, unused, signal. There is a slight amount of background noise when no music is playing however when a track is full flow the sound quality is excellent. If you want the perfect thing then go spend 30+ on something, if you want the next best thing then go buy this. Cost to quality ratio is very high.
Adrian April 8, 2008 Adrian 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
This product seemed too good to be true - well it was. It arrived poorly packaged and the box was completely crushed (although the product appeared ok). I first tried the product with my home stereo. It would only work if I wrapped the radio aerial wire around the transmitter. 5m range - more like 5mm range! I then tried the transmitter in the car using the power adaptor lead. The adaptor light stayed on for 10 minues and then went out never to work again. So I reverted to using the batteries. I managed to tune the radio into the unit and hear music but both the MP3 player and radio had to be turned up to almost full volume. That did not appear to be a big problem unit the traffic alert cut in at nearly full volume - at which point I nearly drove off the road! I would have returned the product but since most of the cost is in the postage it would cost me more to send it back than I would receive in a refund. I guess the only place for this rubbish product is in the rubbish bin.
